This is due to heart contractions per minute. A normal person’s resting heart-rate is between 60-100 beats per minute. A normal human heart rate reflects the cardiovascular conditions of the body. When the heart rate exceeds 120-140 beats per minute, it can be considered dangerous. After which one should immediately refer to the hospital.

NORMAL HEART RATE:

                 According to the AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION, a resting heart rate between 60 and 100 beats per minute is considered normal in adults. If the heart rate drops below 60 beats per minute, it is called Bradycardia. And if the heart beats more than100 beats per minute, it is called tachycardia. 

                             Tachycardia is a normal reaction in some situations. This process can be caused by an abnormal rhythm, such as during exercise or in stressful situations. Similarly, bradycardia can also be a normal reaction when we are asleep. It can also cause the heart rate of athletes to drop below 60 beats per minute.

DIFFERENCES IN PULSE AND HEART RATE:

                    The number of times our heart beats in one minute is called heart rate. While the ‘’Pulse’’ that the arteries produce due to the increase in blood pressure as a result of our heart contracting is called the pulse rate. That is , the pulse rate is basically a heart rate.

ANXIETY CAUSES THE HEART RATE TO INCREASE:

                   Anxiety puts extra stress on the heart. Increase heart rate, increase blood pressure and lower our HRV. The regularity of these symptoms over several months or years can have a very negative impact on heart health.

RAPID HEART BEAT:

                   This is possibly a serious symptom. Paralytic heart failure can lead to cardiac arrest and sudden death. In the emergency room, we often see patients with various heart symptoms. One of which is Rapid Heart Beat. THis condition requires immediate medical attention which can save life. We can time our pulse to know the rapid heart rate. From which we know that the heart rate is between 60 and 100 beats per minute or more than 100 beats per minute.

                      There are some prominent symptoms due to fast heartbeat, in the presence of which we should go to the hospital immediately. Which are as follows.

Unconsciousness

                 If your heart rate is in the Tachycardia range and you are experiencing fainting. So you should go to the hospital to get medical help immediately.

Feeling pain in the chest.

                If you are experiencing chest pain along with a fast heartbeat. And the pain is radiating to the arm. So you should immediately go to the hospital to save your life.
