Similarly, bradycardia can also be a normal reaction when we are asleep. It can also cause the heart rate of athletes to drop below 60 beats per minute.

DIFFERENCES IN PULSE AND HEART RATE:

                    The number of times our heart beats in one minute is called heart rate. While the ‘’Pulse’’ that the arteries produce due to the increase in blood pressure as a result of our heart contracting is called the pulse rate. That is , the pulse rate is basically a heart rate.

ANXIETY CAUSES THE HEART RATE TO INCREASE:

                   Anxiety puts extra stress on the heart. Increase heart rate, increase blood pressure and lower our HRV. The regularity of these symptoms over several months or years can have a very negative impact on heart health.

RAPID HEART BEAT:

                   This is possibly a serious symptom. Paralytic heart failure can lead to cardiac arrest and sudden death. In the emergency room, we often see patients with various heart symptoms. Feeling pain in the chest.

                If you are experiencing chest pain along with a fast heartbeat. And the pain is radiating to the arm. So you should immediately go to the hospital to save your life.
